Returns

We’ll issue a full refund of your item(s) within 45 days of the shipment date. Products must be returned in the condition in which they were received and with all original materials and packaging (including, but not limited to clothing tags). Your refund amount will include the purchase price and applicable taxes—original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale.

To make a return, email us at shop@metowe.com and we’ll issue you a product return slip to insert into your return package. Please note that items purchased online can be returned by mail only—no in-person or unauthorized returns will be accepted.

Damaged Items

If your order didn’t arrive in the condition you expected, we’re sorry! Email us at shop@metowe.com and we’ll send you a shipping label and product return slip. When the damaged item is returned within 45 days of shipment, we’ll issue you a full refund at the purchase price, including applicable taxes and shipping charges. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, so please make sure to send us a quick email requesting your return slip.

Exchanges

Everyone changes their mind sometimes—no worries! As long as stock is available, we’ll exchange your item(s) within 45 days of shipment. Email us at shop@metowe.com and we’ll send you a product return slip—let us know what colour/size/etc. you’d like to exchange your item(s) for, and insert it into your return package. Please note that original shipping charges on exchanged items are non-refundable.

Bundles & Gift Sets

If you need to return or exchange an item purchased as part of a bundle or set, please return the bundle together—individual items purchased as part of a bundle can’t be returned. If one of the items is damaged or defective, please contact us at shop@metowe.com and we’ll make sure you receive a replacement item.
